Shirley is a renowned trainer, Sales Coach and international author who is the Pathfinder to build extraordinary businesses so that they become the kind of business everyone dreams of owning, making a real difference in people’s lives, the community and indeed, in our world. She finds the path to more revenue without increasing the advertising and marketing budget or the number of reps.

Shirley founded McKinnon Sales Centre Pty Ltd in 1998 and has guided many businesses through some of the most disruptive cycles in business history. Many of her clients sell products starting from $100,000 to $20 million and she has coached and trained teams to achieve their first $1 million month.

In 2000, Shirley created the McKinnon Sales Success Profile which is a coaching tool to identify the one change of sales person or Manager which will have the most impact on their results. Many of her clients use this process annually to build on their success year after year.

Recognising that the traditional way of selling has become almost offensive, Shirley created the Sage Sales Strategies for selling in the new world. This more authentic form of selling connects strongly with the prospective client and is focused on creating value, loyal clients and repeat business.
